David Becker/WireImageAnother new development has emerged in the aftermath of February’s fatal accident that occurred during the filming of the Gregg Allman biopic, Midnight Rider. Filmmakers Randall Miller, Jody Savin and Jay Sedrish were charged with involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespass on Thursday, July 3, by Georgia’s Wayne County Superior Court in connection with the incident, which left 27-year-old camera assistant Sarah Jones dead and seven other crew members injured.
